Domain: Marketology registers the domain in the client's name. The client owns the domain.

Anything not listed above is not part of this plan unless separately agreed in writing. Specifically:

Any ongoing changes or edits after launch (billed at $100/hour — see Section 7)
Written content / copywriting beyond light editing (client provides copy)
Logo design or brand identity creation
Professional photography or paid stock imagery
E-commerce / online store setup
Custom coding or third-party software development
Local SEO or any search engine optimization
Google Business Profile management
AI chatbots, AI voice agents, or missed-call text-back
Automated lead follow-up sequences
Paid advertising management
Email marketing campaigns
Reputation management or review generation

The Essentials plan does not include any monthly change hours.
Any changes requested after launch — including text edits, image swaps, layout adjustments, or additions — are quoted and approved in advance, then billed at $100/hour.
Initial build revisions: 3 rounds of revisions are included during the initial design phase before launch. Additional rounds during the initial build are billed at $100/hour.

To keep the project on schedule, the client agrees to provide:

Timelines below assume the client meets these within the stated windows. Delays in client-provided materials extend the timeline accordingly.

Dates are estimates and depend on the client delivering content, assets, and approvals on time (Section 8).

Domain: Registered in the client's name — the client owns it.
Content: The client owns the text and images they provided.
Website: Built and hosted within Marketology's GoHighLevel account as part of the ongoing subscription.
On cancellation: The website, hosting, and any associated services will be shut down and taken offline. The website itself does not transfer to another host or platform.

Setup fee: $500 one-time, due before work begins. Non-refundable once the build has started.
Monthly plan: $50/month for hosting and keeping the site live.
Term: Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no notice required.
Additional work: All post-launch changes billed at $100/hour per Sections 6, 7, and 12.
