4.1 Website Build

• Custom-designed, mobile-responsive website built on the GoHighLevel platform
• Up to 10 pages (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact, and others as needed)

• Click-to-call and basic contact functionality
• Basic on-page setup (page titles, meta descriptions, mobile optimization)

4.2 Social Media Plug-ins

• Social media icons linked to the client's profiles
• Optional feed embed (Instagram or Facebook) on selected pages
• Share buttons on relevant pages
• Open Graph tags so shared links display properly

4.3 Local SEO

• Google Maps optimization
• Local keyword targeting

• Monthly ranking report

4.4 Google Business Profile Management

• Optimized profile setup (description, service categories)

4.7 Missed Call Text-Back

• Instantly texts callers when a call is missed

• Two-way texting and lead tracking

5. Platform & Technical Details

• Website platform: GoHighLevel (hosted within Marketology's account)
• Hosting: Included and managed by Marketology
• Domain: Marketology registers the domain in the client's name. The client owns the domain.

6. What's NOT Included

Anything not listed above is not part of this plan unless separately agreed in writing. Specifically:

• Written content / copywriting beyond light editing (client provides core copy)
• Logo design or brand identity creation
• Professional photography or paid stock imagery
• E-commerce / online store setup
• Custom coding or third-party software development
• Paid advertising management (Google/Meta ad spend or management)
• Email marketing campaigns beyond automated lead follow-up
• Migration of the site off the GoHighLevel platform
• Changes beyond the 2 monthly included hours (billed at $100/hour)

7. Changes & Revisions

• The Dominate plan includes 2 hours of website changes per month.
• Included hours cover edits like text updates, image swaps, and minor layout adjustments.
• Unused hours do not roll over to the next month.
• Work beyond the included hours is quoted and approved in advance, then billed at $100/hour.
• Initial build revisions: 3 rounds of revisions are included during the initial design phase before launch. Additional rounds are billed at $100/hour.

8. Client Responsibilities

To keep the project on schedule, the client agrees to provide:

• All website text/content
• Logo files, brand colors, and existing brand assets
• Photos or approval to use stock imagery
• Login access to any existing accounts needed
• Access to existing Google Business Profile (or approval to create one)
• Business information and FAQs to train the AI chatbot and voice agent
• Links to their existing social media profiles
• Feedback and approvals within 2 business days of each request

Timelines below assume the client meets these within the stated windows. Delays in client-provided materials extend the timeline accordingly.

9. Timeline & Milestones

Dates are estimates and depend on the client delivering content, assets, and approvals on time (Section 8).

10. Ownership & Cancellation

• Domain: Registered in the client's name — the client owns it.
• Content: The client owns the text and images they provided.
• Website & tools: The website, AI chatbot, AI voice agent, missed-call text-back, and all associated tools are built and operated within Marketology's GoHighLevel and AI platforms as part of the ongoing subscription.
• On cancellation: The website, hosting, AI tools, and all associated services will be shut down and taken offline. The website and AI tools do not transfer to another host or platform.

11. Pricing & Payment Terms

• Plan: Dominate — $595/month
• Setup fee: None — the first month's payment covers onboarding
• Term: Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no notice required.
• Additional work: Billed separately per Sections 6, 7, and 12 at $100/hour.

12. Change Request Process

Any work outside this scope follows this process:

1. Client submits the request in writing.
2. Marketology provides an estimate (hours and cost) before starting.
3. Work begins only after written approval.
4. Approved work is billed at $100/hour or as quoted.

13. Acceptance & Sign-Off

By signing below, both parties agree to the scope, terms, and responsibilities described in this document.
